I purchased my virtual tickets, but I did not receive my confirmation email with my access code. Now what?
First, check your email's spam folder. If you are still unable to locate it, email us for assistance at elearning@knockknockmuseum.org.
Can I purchase tickets to visit Knock Knock Children's Museum's 18 Learning Zones?
Yes! Visit knockknockmuseum.org to purchase timed-entry tickets to play with a purpose at Knock Knock.
How do I schedule my virtual/in-person instruction?
If you purchased any virtual or in-person instruction, you will be directly connected by a member of the Knock Knock team to schedule the instruction.
How can I extend my access to the eLearning Zones (i.e. expand it to 15/20 days instead of 10).
Your purchase includes access to the eLearning Zones for 10 days. To access the zones after your first 10 days, you will have to purchase additional virtual tickets here and be issued a new access code. We suggest purchasing more virtual tickets after your first 10 days are up to get the most out of your purchases.
